Elizabeth Hoyos trading as Elivate (“Elivate”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is the sole proprietor and owner of the mobile application Elivate (“App” or “Platform”), which enables clients to access training, fitness guidance, educational content about the menstrual cycle, nutrition support and general wellness services through the Platform. We value the privacy and protection of our Users’ personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the App. We have implemented reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data we collect and the services we provide. However, due to the inherent vulnerabilities of the internet and digital technologies, we cannot guarantee absolute security. This Privacy Policy must be read together with our Terms of Use. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We may update this policy from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated version. This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the App.

Photos and progress data are used solely for your personal tracking experience and are not shared publicly or with other Users.


4. Privacy, Security and Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the App, legal authorities when required by law, and third parties necessary to deliver core App functionality. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to the App or its systems, upload malicious code, interfere with the functioning of the Platform, use the App for unsolicited advertising or spam, or take actions that violate our Terms of Use. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Liability Regarding Use of Services
Elivate provides fitness, wellness and educational content. We are not liable for physical injury, harm or health issues resulting from the use of the App, including exercises, training programmes or nutritional suggestions. You are responsible for using the App safely and consulting a medical professional before beginning any new fitness or wellness programme.


9. Data Deletion Policy
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via https://elivate.fitbudd.com/data-deletion or through the deletion feature in the App. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data unless retention is required for legal, security or dispute resolution purposes. Some anonymised data may be retained for analytics but will not be linked to your identity.


10. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be stored or processed in countries where Elivate or its service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to these transfers. The standards of this Privacy Policy apply to all stored data, regardless of location. Where applicable, we comply with international privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
